Training activityfor trainers & adulteducators specialist- Timisoara

The goal of the Green Upskills project! is to promote reskilling and upskilling by
providing educators/trainers/facilitators and adult workers with the knowledge they
will need in a greener economy, where persons are responsible for making their
facility’s production processes greener or use less natural resources. The specific
objectives of the project are:

  • equipping the 12 adult educators/trainers/community facilitators from the 2
    communities involved in the project with knowledge and skills regarding sustainable
    development in a Green society, to create an educational design adapted to the
    new real needs of workers and enterprises/companies on the labor market in order
    to ensure a green economic transition;
  • the development of green and sustainable development skills within the
    community for 45 adults active on the labor market in order to ensure an efficient
    green transition to circular economy and also skills related to design thinking,
    creativity, adaptability, resilience, and empathy;
  • strengthening the capacity of participating organisations to offer training services in

order to re-skilling and up-skilling workers in companies on the theme of eco-
friendly, green economy & “skills for the future”.

The concrete results will be:

  • One methodology & practical guide for improving/developing green skills of adult
    educators/ trainers and specialist on adult education.
  • Creation of an online training course addressed to adults active on the labor
    market/employers and employees to develop their green skills in order to ensure a
    transition towards a green economy.
  • Supporting a training course addressed to adult education specialists in order to
    develop the skills to develop and deliver green educational services to employers
    and employees for the transition to the green economy and sustainable
    development.
